Developing Effective Chairing skills

Our partner Prospect Business Consulting Ltd has successfully delivered this interactive workshop/ webinar for over 9 years to excellent evaluations.
Recently Prospect designed and delivered the interactive half day workshop Changing Meeting Spaces in how you effectively chair your meetings on behalf of the Northwest Leadership Academy to Tameside and Glossop Intergrated Care over the summer 2023.
We were delighted in how well the workshops were evaluated, and how the Lead Sally Sutcliffe and her colleagues who attended the training, took on board the learning and shared how they were going to take the learning forward and restructure, and make changes to their meetings to support them being more effective.
