Paula Sheridan

Associate

Helping people recognise their achievements and value to take organisations forward.

Paula spent 25 years in a large, global pharmaceutical company, mainly in European or Global roles. So she knows how it feels to have challenging conversations, how to influence, often without authority, and how to lead across projects with broad cultural differences.

Paula started coaching to help other professional women navigate the challenges of leadership. She is passionate about getting the right leadership skills noticed and appreciated in the workplace – both by the potential leaders themselves and their colleagues.

She enjoys identifying solutions to problems and seeing how the different moving parts of a situation fit together and impact one another. Understanding that is key to understanding how to take organisations forward. Using her experience in market research to generate insights about how teams could improve how they work together is a very motivating part of that process.

Paula is a member of the International Coach Federation and abides by their Code of Ethics at all times.

When not working, she can be found in the gym, walking her retired greyhound in Bushy Park or collecting parkrun challenges with her family.
