Well North Enterprises has been working with local people in the Burnley Wood area of East Lancashire to uncover the potential of the place and its amazing people.
The NHS East Lancashire Clinical Commissioning Group saw an opportunity to apply the Well North approach to unlocking the aspirations of local residents and creating a sustainable vision for the future.
